We are already in March and perhaps you have not started working on your New Year’s Resolutions, have you? Don’t feel bad about it because there is nothing wrong with you, and believe it or not, you are not lazy.
The truth is that there are some habits that are just not automatic for us, like taking a shower or drinking water. There are activities that we do on a daily basis that feel natural to us because we depend on them to survive, at least, within society.
However, when it comes to habits that don’t put our lives in danger for instance, we tend to ignore or struggle to develop. Also, as such awesome human beings, we prefer fun over work, or immediate pleasures rather than living a boring routine.
